    The fourth FACOR Education Group meeting was called to conduct on 26-04-2022 at S.D.S Principal Office in Garividi.

    • The members have constructed an organizational structure based on the members opinion.
    • Members have done brainstorming & noted all participants ideas that are relevant to SDS College.
    • All the members Unanimously agreed to follow and execute Vice-President’s instructions which are given in the Action Items.
  • DISCUSSION

    Finally the team had come out with many suggestions for the betterment of the organization and they have decided to execute all the points discussed in the meeting by next academic session.

  • NOTES

    Every one should prepare relevant stands for the idea and it should be presented at the next meeting in the form of power point presentation, so that the team can finalize the best for FACOR Education Group.

Recommendation Action Taken
Provision for additional examination for students who miss an examination due to participation in extracurricular activities or other unavoidable circumstances. Incorporated in Examination Policy.
To make it compulsory for students to choose at least one Certificate Course for First Year. Post submission of the said proposal to the Exam Committee to incorporate the same, on the affirmation of the B.O.S. of different subjects, the same has been incorporated in the system.
Compliance Report needs to be supported by numerical data. Numerical data has been incorporated in the Report & forwarded to U.G.C.
Employability, Entrepreneurship Skills and Research should be considered while framing syllabus Syllabus framed by considering the three parameters shared.

    • According to discussion with the Vice-President, we have finalized the upcoming courses for the graduation stream.
    • Purchase of the Computers for New computer lab proposed by the Principal.
    • Proposal to make our Library a digitalized one.
    • All the team members unanimously agreed for the suggestions by the Vice-President about the room conditions, infrastructure for the new academic year and budget required for the college development. Discussion of the budget required for the college development.
    • Proposal for the annual budget for the academic year expenses. Account statements for all the three institutions under Shreeram Vidyapeeth to be submitted twice in a month to the Vice-President.
    • Utilization of the campus in the evening hours.
    • Banking payments options to be adopted
    • Updation of S.D.S. and S.R.J Websites and final submission dates given by the Vice-President.
    • MOU have been signed with the Data-pro Computers and schedule of the demo lectures have been finalized.

MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD IN BUNGALOW ON 17-06-2022 AT 11 A.M.

Major points of discussion :-

  • Discussion regarding recruitment of new staff and decision of keeping or removing the staff from all the three institutions.
  • It has been decided that each institute will come up with a plan of their staff requirements
  • To keep up all the infrastructure facilities with proper housekeeping.
  • Appointment of new staff and the proposal to the new job meanwhile we are also hunting for outsource the entire job work.
  • Maintenance of Labs and log books for the requirement of lab equipment for current and future needs.
  • Gardeners and cleaners are to be appointed. The individual principals will give the requirement.
  • Adoption of new courses.
  • The utilization of all the three institutes by introducing the technical courses related to skill development for current and outgoing students.
  • Discussion on improvement of the individual institute and refreshments proposal to start in the college premises for the staff and students.
  • Discussion regarding ratio of teaching and to finalize it in the ratio of 40:1 or 60:1.
  • Heads of all the three institutes i.e., SDS, SRJ and SGS are instructed to work cordially for the betterment of Shreeram Vidyapeeth.

After school hours planning is going on to develop some skill development on other courses

  • Development of Sports and Games in every institution individually.
  • Maintain track record of the educational development for the last five years like results, Highest Marks, Ranks etc and do publicity.
  • Plan for the improvement of admissions for the next academic year 2022 - 2023
  • Improvise the special care for slow learners to develop.
  • Implementation of academic calendar and activities
